A pool of candidates may be created to staff similar or identical positions with various tenure, various bilingual linguistic profiles and security requirements within the Courts Administration Service.

Your résumé.
At minimum, a secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience.
Experience using Microsoft Word.
Experience providing a variety of clerical support services in an office environment (for example: receiving goods, entering data, managing correspondence, archiving documents, etc.).
Experience providing clients services.

Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
All positions staffed through this process will be bilingual imperative BBB/BBB or higher. Therefore, all candidates who are considering applying should be willing to undergo testing in their second official language (English or French). Those who have already been tested by the PSC and obtained a minimum of BBB will not need to be retested unless their results have expired or will expire shortly.

Successful completion of post-secondary certificate or diploma or degree from a recognized institution in a field relevant to the position.
Experience working at the Courts Administration Service (CAS).
Experience working in a judicial, quasi-judicial* or legal environment.

Experience working in a library.

Operational Requirements:
The following may be required for some positions:
- Willing and able to operate a forklift.
- Willing and able to safely lift and handle boxes or packages weighing up to twenty (20) kg on an intermittent basis.
- Willing and able to work in a location with limited bus transportation.
- Willing and able to work overtime, sometimes on short notice.
- Willing and able to work regularly from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The assessment board reserves the right to contact references other than the ones submitted by the candidates (only within the Public Service), if found necessary, in order to make a suitable assessment of the candidates.
