This process may be used to establish a pool of candidates that may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with same official language proficiencies (Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB), various security profiles (Reliability Status, Secret), various tenures (Indeterminate, Temporary) using various staffing mechanisms (Indeterminate appointment, Term appointment, Acting appointment, Deployment, Secondment, Assignment) in Gatineau, Ottawa at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

EDUCATION:
Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary program with specialization* in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce or economics; Or Possession of the Government of Canada Financial Management Certificate.
*The courses for the specialization must be taken in a recognized post-secondary institution but not necessarily within a post-secondary program in the required specialization.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in providing advice and guidance to clients (verbally and in writing).
Experience in providing group training.
Experience in using a financial system.
