The student will study the structure, function and nutrient values of pea protein, as well as variations and profiles of amino acids in pea protein.
The student will work on field pea quality research in crop nutrition and food quality laboratory in Lethbridge Research and Development Centre, AAFC.

Currently enrolled or willing to enroll in a Master’s program in a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in biology, biochemistry or other specializations relevant to the position.
