Through your screening question answers, you must clearly demonstrate HOW, WHEN, and WHERE the qualification was met through substantiation by examples. 8. A random and/or top down selection of candidates may be used in the determination of those to be given further consideration in the assessment process.

Intent of the process

A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff similar positions within Veterans Affairs Canada with various tenures (assignment, secondment, acting, specified period or indeterminate) as well as various security requirements and various linguistic profiles.

Please take note that despite the location specified, this process could be used to fill positions in other locations across Canada.

EDUCATION:

A secondary school diploma or an *acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

NOTE* An acceptable combination is defined as depth and breadth of experience and training relevant to an advisory function.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCES

Experience as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces or the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Experience providing advice and/or information to clients or colleagues.
