Intent of the process

A pool of partially qualified candidates will be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions with various language requirements (English Essential, English or French Essential, Bilingual) and profiles (BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC and CCC/CCC) and various security requirements within the National Capital Region. All federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act may use this staffing process to appoint a candidate to its organization in a similar position. These positions may be staffed on an indeterminate (appointment or deployment) or temporary basis (term, acting, assignment or secondment).

EDUCATION:

A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives*.

*An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

Extensive* and recent** experience working with MS Office Suite software: Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel.

Experience in conducting research (in support of projects) using the internet.

*Extensive is deemed to be a minimum of two consecutive (2) years.
**Recent is defined as experience acquired in the past (4) four years.

Experience coordinating input to documents, plans and reports.
