The immediate need is one (1) bilingual imperative CBC/CBC position located in Ottawa, Ontario.
However, a pool of partially-qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions with various tenures, language requirements and security requirements. All federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act may use this staffing process to appoint a candidate to its organization in a similar position if a pool is created.

EDUCATION
EDU - A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience in a field relevant to the position.
EXPERIENCE
EX1 - Experience interpreting administrative OR financial procedures.
EX2 - Experience in liaising and consulting with various stakeholders.
EX3 - Significant** experience providing administrative support.
EX4 - Recent* and significant** experience in managing the office of Director Level (or above).
EX5 - Experience editing briefing notes at the intent of the Director (or above).
* Recent experience is defined as within the previous five (5) years.
** Significant experience is defined as two (2) years of experience.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
AEDU1 - Successful completion of two (2) years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program relevant to the position to be staffed.
AEDU2 - Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
EXPERIENCE
AEX1 - Experience in liaising with procurement specialists.
AEX2 - Experience in liaising with HR management services.
AEX3 - Experience in liaising with Senior Official offices (ADM and above).
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)
