Transport Canada’s Aircraft Services Directorate is seeking NDT Technicians who are dependable, motivated and passionate about their work – people just like you! This position is typically Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour work week (full time), with the occasional overtime as per client requests. We are located at 200 Comet Private, at the MacDonald Cartier International Airport.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE will have ED1: Successfully completed their secondary school graduation diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience AND the following occupational certifications and experience qualifications:
OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION:
OC1: Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) qualified in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):
- Level II, Ultrasonic Inspection
- Level II, Eddy Current Inspection
- Level II, Liquid Penetrant Inspection
- Level II, Magnetic Particle Inspection
EXPERIENCE:
EX1: Significant and recent experience as a NDT Technician, conducting inspections on fixed wing or rotary wing aircraft, parts and components.
Definition of significant and recent experience:
-Significant experience means at least three years of relevant experience.
-Recent is defined as within the last three years.
