Education:
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.

A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or
An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience:

All Streams:

Experience analyzing data in order to clarify and explain the information to others.

Experience reviewing information prepared by others, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Experience in the use of a comprehensive range of computer technology/software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Experience:

All Streams:

Experience preparing, reviewing and analyzing data in Excel, including creating pivot tables or preparing charts and graphs.

Experience reviewing data to identify patterns or abnormalities.

Experience providing advice or information regarding policies or procedures.

Stream 1:

Experience coordinating Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) requests and responses to Parliamentary Questions.

Experience working in the FI and MM modules of SAP.

Experience performing monitoring and preparing reports on procurement activity.

Stream 2:

Experience in coordinating events such as meetings, conference calls, special projects or program activities.

Experience in the provision of administrative support such as reviewing, prioritizing and tracking documents.
