The process will be used to staff Human Resources Coordinator / Human Resources Centre. It may also be used to staff other similar positions in other disciplines related to human resources.

Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Recent* experience in providing administrative and/or coordination services.
Experience using common word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail software (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook)
Experience in providing client service
*Recent is defined as have been obtained within the last 5 years
Experience in processing data in a human resources information system such as PeopleSoft
Experience providing support services to a learning team.
Experience providing human resources support services.
Experience in processing and reconciling financial documents.
Experience in preparing reports.
Experience coordinating and liaising with offices in senior official and internal or external clients.

ASSESSEMENT INFORMATION
You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed.
