Your résumé.
A college diploma, obtained OR will be obtained by January 31st, 2021, from a recognized post-secondary institution in one of the following fields of study:
- Business administration
- Business administration – finance

- Paralegal
- Legal assistance
- Secretarial – medical field
- Communication and media studies
- Hospitality and tourism management
OR
A degree* or an applied degree in any field of study, obtained OR will be obtained by January 31st, 2021 from a recognized post-secondary institution.
*Unless it is otherwise specified (e.g., Master’s degree), the term “degree” refers to a baccalaureate as established by educational authorities.
Experience providing administrative support services*.
Experience in providing service to clients by telephone, in person or in writing.
*Administrative support services is defined as, but not limited to: managing agendas, scheduling and organizing meetings/teleconferences, preparing and collating meeting file folders and background materials, procuring office equipment and supplies, maintaining a filing system, data entry, booking travel arrangements, minutes taking, and other related duties.
Note: Experience may be demonstrated through employment, volunteer work, student employment or scholastic activity or achievement.
