You will be required to show how you demonstrate the essential qualifications (education and experience) for the initial screening by answering online screening questions. The successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary program in computer science, information technology, information management or other field related to the position to be filled.
Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and upgrading hardware and software in a Microsoft environment and for a large organization*.
Experience providing on-site and/or telephone information technology (IT) support services to clients in a formal capacity (e.g., as a member of an IT team providing on-site support; a service centre, etc.).
Experience in providing advice to clients on IT matters.
Certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Experience using Microsoft's Active Directory.
Experience using call tracking software.
Experience in configuring smartphones.
Experience in using inventory and asset management software.
Experience working in a Thin Client environment using Citrix technology.
Experience using a problem/ticket management system.
English essential
