EDUCATION
Graduation from a two (2) year post-secondary program in construction management, civil, survey, architectural technology or related building technology from a recognized institution OR combination of experience, training and/or education.
EXPERIENCE
Experience creating, manipulating and analysing data AND extracting reports from a database.
Experience interpreting legal property documents (ex. deeds, leases, survey plans).
Experience using advanced features in Microsoft Excel (ex. Formulas, macros, pivot tables).
Experience preparing technical and written reports.
EXPERIENCE
Experience using MS PowerPoint and MS Paint.
Experience creating PDF files.
Experience conducting inspections or condition assessments to prescribed standards.
Experience with project management or life cycle management software.
Experience with AutoCAD ( this asset qualification may be deemed an essential qualification depending on the position being staffed).
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)
Other bilingual imperative profiles may be used to staff other positions.
