Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) (formerly known as Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is the engine that powers the Government of Canada. We support the daily operations of roughly 106 federal departments and agencies. Intent of the process

This process will be used to establish a pool of candidates that may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various linguistic requirements and various security profiles within Public Services and Procurement Canada. The first appointed will be for a 2 year term (temporary) offer in Sydney, NS with a possibility of being extended.

Education:
A secondary school diploma and a certificate in an office administration field or an acceptable combination of experience and/or training in a field relevant to the position.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
Experience using electronic mail computer software/ program.

Experience using word processing computer software/ program.

Experience using spreadsheet computer software/ program.

Experience managing multiple priorities in an operational environment.

Experience in ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and/or procedures.

Experience working with sensitive information.

Experience processing invoices.

Experience:
Experience using SAP.
