SUBMISSION OF A COVER LETTER & CV: You must submit a complete application, including a cover letter, which clearly demonstrates how you meet the screening criteria (essential education and experience) and a CV that supports the cover letter. The cover letter will be used as the primary tool in the screening process and the CV will only be used to substantiate the information provided. Your cover letter must clearly demonstrate, through concrete examples, how you meet each screening criterion. In your cover letter, we recommend that you use each individual screening criterion as a header and then write one or two paragraphs demonstrating how each criterion is met. For example, you may describe the position(s) occupied and provide a specific and detailed description of the tasks performed for each position. Please note that it is not sufficient to only state that the qualification is met or to provide a listing of current or past responsibilities or duties. CVs or reference checks may be used as a secondary source to validate the experience described in the cover letter. Applications that do not clearly demonstrate that the candidate meets the screening criteria will not be given further consideration.
PLEASE NOTE: For this selection process, our intention is to communicate with applicants by e-mail. Applicants who apply to this selection process must include in their application a valid e-mail address that you check frequently and make sure this address is functional at all times and accepts messages from unknown users.
