Your résumé.
Education:
• Successful completion of secondary education or GED, including Chemistry 11
• Electroplater certification, equivalent to NASF Certificate in electroplating
• Wastewater treatment and pollution prevention. NASF Certificate or equivalent
Experience:
• Applicants must have experience in controlling Electroplating processes and maintaining Electroplating/Chemical cleaning solutions.
• Applicants must have experience with a wide range of Electroplating, Chemical cleaning, grinding, buffing and polishing of metal components.
• Applicants must have experience operating a Waste Water Treatment facility.

Security Clearance: Various Reliability or Secret.
Required to lift heavy objects (up to approximately 50lbs/ 25kgs).
Requirement to wear all appropriate PPE.
Asset Qualifications
Experience:
Experience in chemistry and metallurgy.
Experience in the control and operation of a water treatment plant.
Holds a Stationary Engineer Certificate
Holds a Power Engineer Certificate
Knowledge:
Knowledge of various Acts (i.e. Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA),
Canadian and Provincial Environmental Legislation (AEPA),
Canadian Drinking Water Quality Act (CDWQA).
Knowledge of (with regards to Hazardous Materials):
Safe handling.
Storage.
Disposal.
Knowledge of (as they relate to Water, Fuel and Environment (WFE) systems):
Principles.
Practices.
Procedures of (as they relate to Water, Fuel and Environment (WFE) systems):
Hydrology.
Chemistry.
Environmental quality control.
Environmental testing.
