Duties include:
Provides information to internal/external clients of the Courts.
Reviews and prepares Court files for the use by the Registry the judiciary, litigants and counsel.
Prepares and sends files, documents and correspondence to the Court for information and/or direction.
Performs status searches, file retrieval, records extraction, information tracking, e-filing and other applicable actions.
Performs other administrative functions as required.
The Courts Administration Service (CAS) provides services to the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada and the Tax Court of Canada.

A pool of pre-qualified or fully qualified candidates may be created to staff similar or identical positions with various tenure, various bilingual linguistic profiles (no unilingual position will be staffed through this process) and various security requirements within the Courts Administration Service.

Your résumé.
At minimum a successful completion of secondary school diploma OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
Recent* and significant** experience providing administrative OR clerical support such as, but not limited to, filing, reception duties, controlling documentation flow, data input.
Recent* experience in providing service to clients.
Recent* experience using Microsoft Suites (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) in a working environment.
Definitions:
*Recent experience means the performance of duties within approximately the last 24 months.
**Significant refers to the breadth and depth of experience and is defined as a combination of time spent doing the activity, as well as type (range, scope, and complexity) of work handled related to the experience criteria.
Successful completion of two (2) years of post-secondary education.
Experience working in a judicial or quasi-judicial environment.
Experience working as a Registry Assistant, Legal Assistant or a similar type of assistant position.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
