A pool of qualified candidates will be created and may be used to staff similar positions with various tenures (such as permanent, specified period or casual) based in Vancouver within the Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada.

Your résumé.
Graduation with a degree from a recognized university in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, or some other engineering specialty relevant to the duties of the position.
You must be prepared to provide the original or a certified true copy of your educational credentials. Candidates with foreign credentials must provide proof of Canadian equivalency. Certification as a professional engineer in Canada in a specialty relevant to the position.
*Significant experience in delivering real property projects.
Experience in claims management such as: avoidance, evaluation, negotiation, alternate dispute resolution.
Experience in maintenance and repair of real property infrastructure.
Experience in managing all phases of real property projects with varying degrees of complexity and magnitude.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a real property environment.
Experience in delivering real property projects utilizing a quality management system.
*Significant experience is defined as the depth and breadth of experience associated with full-time performance of these duties for period of approximately 5 years in the last 8 years.
