Secondary school diploma.

Degree equivalency

Experience of at least one (1) year in the provision of administrative support services in various administrative task.

The following will be applied / assessed at a later date (essential for the job)

English essential

Information on language requirements

Ability to perform clerical tasks quickly and accurately.

Ability to plan and organize work.

Ability to use reasoning skills to solve problems.

Interpersonal relations and reliability.

Respect of values and ethics in the Federal Public Service - Serving through integrity and respect.

Diploma of collegial studies (DCS) or Diploma of vocational studies (DVS) or other post secondary degree related to the duties of the position.

Attestation of vocational specialty (AVS) or Skills training certificate (STC) or Attestation of collegial studies (ACS) related to the duties of the position.

Degree equivalency

Experience in the provision of administrative support services in finance.

Experience in the provision of administrative support in procurement.

Experience in the provision of administrative support services in human resources.

Experience in the provision of administrative services in technical or engineering environment.

Experience in the provision of administrative support to the members of the management.

Experience in business travel arrangements (such as HRG).

Experience in the use of an Enterprise Resource Planning software (such as SAP).

Experience in the use of a presentation software (such as PowerPoint).

Experience in the use of a database (such as Access).

Belonging to an employment equity designated group.

Availability to work overtime, if needed, on short notice.
