The Pay Administration Branch (PAB) of PSPC is responsible for managing the public service compensation functions of the Government of Canada. It was created on October 23, 2017 in order to consolidate pay operations and systems functions, and to allow for a greater integration of pay functions as well as providing clearer accountabilities as we continue to move forward in fixing pay issues for federal public servants. With the current challenges that PSPC is facing in resolving public service pay problems, our organization maintains a strong focus on delivering results within a challenging and fast-paced environment. We continuously rely on the hard work and dedication of our team to ensure employees are paid in a timely manner and all efforts are made to resolve public servants’ pay issues more quickly.
