ANTICIPATORY STAFFING: A pool of qualified candidates may be established from this process and may be used to fill identical or similar positions in the Saskatchewan Region with various tenures in the future.

EDUCATION:
-Graduation with a degree from a recognized university in any field relevant to the work to be performed OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience defined as a secondary school diploma and five (5) years of experience related to the position.

-Experience in managing financial resources.
-Experience in administering programs.

KNOWLEDGE:
-Knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
-Knowledge of legislation administered by the Department of Indigenous Services Canada

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: (Not essential, but preference may be given to candidates who possess asset qualifications)
-Successful completion of a post-secondary program with specialization in business administration, commerce of public administration, and/or a CA, CGA or CMA accounting designation or Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager (CAFM). Candidates who are working towards a degree or designation are asked to provide information on their progress toward that goal.
-Experience in advising, consulting or negotiating with Aboriginal governments, institutions or organizations.
