A pool of partially qualified candidates will be established and may be used to staff identical or similar positions within Agents of Parliament with various tenures, various security clearance levels and/or various linguistic profiles.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

ED: A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.

Degree equivalency

E1: Experience in conducting research, interviews, mediation or negotiation.

E2: Experience in interpreting or applying legislation or regulations.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

AEDU1: Certificate from a recognized university.

AEDU2: Certification in Information Access and Protection of Privacy from the Alberta University.

Degree equivalency

AE1: Significant and recent* experience in the interpretation and application of the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act.

*Significant and recent is defined as the depth and breadth of experience associated with the performance of duties for a period of two (2) years within the last five (5) years.

Willing and able to work overtime.
