EDUCATION:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
EXPERIENCE:
Recent (within the last 7 years) and significant (normally over a 2 year period) experience in participating in all phases of an internal audit engagement (planning, examination and reporting).
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)

Knowledge of the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA)

ASSET EDUCATION
Graduation with a master's degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in public administration, business, commerce, or another discipline relevant to the position.
Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA).
Certification in internal audit (CIA, CGAP).
IT auditing certification such as CISA.
Other auditing certifications relevant to the position such as CCSA, CRMA or CFE.
ASSET EXPERIENCE
Experience auditing IT systems or IT security.
Experience in data analytics.
Experience working with TeamMate.
Experience in conducting continuous auditing.
Experience in providing departmental audit liaison services.
Experience performing follow-up on audit recommendations.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Willingness to travel occasionally
Available to work unexpected and scheduled OT as required
Secret security clearance
