The immediate need is to staff one position for a period of one year with the possibility for extension.

High School Diploma.
Experience in providing a range of administrative support services to management and staff.
Experience using common word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail Software such as MS Office suite.
Experience making travel, conference and hospitality arrangements.
Post Secondary College Certificate or Diploma, or a University Degree.
Experience tracking a budget, expenditures and invoices, and financial contracts.
Experience preparing and processing correspondence, briefing notes or memoranda.
Experience in liaising directly with senior executives, both internally and interdepartmentally and handling of confidential, protected and sensitive material.
Experience using presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project.
Experience using SharePoint.
Experience using database software such as Microsoft Access.
Experience using an integrated financial system such as SAP.
Experience using a correspondence tracking system such as ECMS or CCM Mercury.
Experience in document and information management.
Experience interpreting, analyzing and reconciling financial data.
Experience in the preparation and dissemination of minutes from meetings.
Experience in the coordination of Question Period cards.
