Successful completion of secondary school or PSC approved alternatives. Degree equivalency
Recent experience using various modules of the HRMS PeopleSoft, version 8 or higher.
Recent experience providing advice and guidance in an HR related discipline.
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)
Information on language requirements
Knowledge of the PeopleSoft/Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
Knowledge of the Human Resources business and practices.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2003 or above, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to communicate effectively orally.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
Ability to provide advice and guidance concerning a Human Resources Management System

Experience with data entry in PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.9 and above other than using Self-Service application.
Experience providing functional support and advice to clients on HR systems.
Experience in analyzing data to identify and correct data anomalies.

Knowledge of helpdesk management practices.
