Information on accommodation for persons with disabilities
Providing some or all of the following services for the Science and Technology Branch Management offices at the Saskatoon and Morden Research and Development Centre:
- Making travel arrangements
- Taking meeting minutes
- Providing general administrative duties such as but not limited to collating data for submission
- Preparing documents related to Centre functioning, collating data into database, contacting clients to procure and/or verify information
- Compiling information into presentations
- Working in the centralized reporting and information management system
- Provide support for staffing processes related to the Associate Director/Director’s office and backfills for the Executive Assistant during absences.

Immediate need: Three full-time permanent positions. Two at the Saskatoon Research and Development Centre and one at the Morden Research and Development Centre.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established and may be used for similar permanent and temporary employment for the location indicated for this process.
In the event that an employee of the public service is qualified through this process, and there is a temporary need, he/she may be considered for acting or assignment/secondment opportunities. The approval of his/her substantive supervisor will be required before acting/assignment/secondment is offered.

Experience working in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience providing administrative services such as, but not limited, to preparing correspondence, reports; maintaining electronic or hard copy records; filing.
Experience taking and transcribing meeting minutes.

Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in office administration, business administration, or a field relevant to the position.
