A secondary school diploma or an employer approved alternatives such as an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience in the management of commercial, institutional or government real property assets.
Experience in the delivery of real property projects.
Experience in real property contract management.
Experience in real property budgeting and analysis.

Experience in managing mixed use sites including buildings and land.
Experience in the Building Management Plan (BMP) process and documentation. Experience in providinganalysis, advice and recommendations on complex real property issues to management.
Experience in liaising with First Nations.
