The Parole Board of Canada (PBC) contributes to public safety with its core responsibility for the controlled, timed and gradual release of offenders back into society. The skills and talents of our staff are central to this work.

The intent of this process is to establish a pool of qualified candidates for future vacancies. The pool will be used to staff positions on a permanent and/or temporary basis within the Parole Board of Canada in Kingston's regional office.

EDUCATION :
- A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE :
- Recent* experience using database software.
- Experience reviewing documentation and extracting critical information.
- Experience drafting correspondence.
Recent* experience is defined as experience associated with having performed this function within the last two (2) years.
ABILITIES :
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
