Duties

The challenge for the successful candidate will be to aid in research relating to species at risk. The assistant will collect Carmine Shiner in the field from rivers in Manitoba, analyse of parasites in Carmine Shiner, and conduct experiments on fish in the laboratory. Duties will include fish holding, conducting respirometric experiments, data analysis, and some general lab duties.

Enrolment in a Bachelors program in a field of study related to Environmental Studies in an accredited institution for the duration of the position.
