The Learning and Development Coordinator supports all members of the L&D team through logistical planning and client support of over 300 training offerings per year, budget and contract tracking/reporting responsibilities, maintaining the integrity of the data housed in our learning management system, and reviewing the accuracy of documents produced by L&D and translated to French/English. This role is also responsible for responding to client questions/requests in both official languages. The position contributes to OSFI’s learning organization culture by promoting, coordinating and tracking all training activities for all offices.
The immediate need is to staff one position with a language requirement of bilingual imperative CBC/CBC on an indeterminate basis.
This selection process may be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates, which could be used to staff similar or identical positions with various linguistic profiles and requirements, security profiles and various tenures.

EDUCATION:
- Secondary school diploma.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in using a learning management system, including inputting and extracting data, validating learning information, and producing learning reports.
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in distance learning technology or Webex.
- Experience in an administrative coordinator role.
ASSET EDUCATION:
- A certificate in Adult Training & Development.
- A university degree or diploma related to Training and Development.
ASSET EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in the financial services industry.
- Experience monitoring a budget and preparing financial reports.
