Intent of the process

This is an anticipatory staffing process designed to create a pool of qualified candidates. This pool of qualified candidates may be used to staff similar positions with similar requirements.

Please note that this process will ONLY be used to staff positions in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Applicants are encouraged to apply ONLY if they are able to relocate to Halifax, Nova Scotia.

• A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

• Experience in the provision of general administrative support.
• Experience using word processing and spreadsheet software.

Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in a field relevant to the position.
