A pool of pre-qualified or fully qualified candidates may be created to staff similar or identical positions with various tenure, various linguistic profiles and security requirements within the Courts Administration Service.

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

At minimum a successful completion of secondary school diploma.

Degree equivalency

*Recent & **significant experience in using and maintaining a computerized financial management system.

Experience in dealing with clients.

*Recent & **significant experience in providing accounting and/or financial support services.

Experience using Microsoft Excel software.

* Recent is defined as within the last twelve (12) months.
** Significant experience: Refers to the depth and breadth and is defined by both the time spent to perform the activity and type (range, scope and complexity) of the tasks performed in connection with the criteria related to experience. Applicants must provide clear and specific examples in this regard in their application.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Experience in using Free Balance, SAP, or PBHC (SMS).

**Significant experience using advanced functionalities in Microsoft Excel software.

Experience in salary management.

Experience in accounting operations.
