EDUCATION:

• A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in architecture or interior design.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

At least 24 consecutive months of project management experience in the last 4 years (office design, commercial construction, real estate, and site supervision).

At least 24 consecutive months of experience in coordinating human and financial resources in the last 4 years.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

EDUCATION:

Professional Project Management (PMP) Certification.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in applying real estate and space leasing management methods and practices.
Experience in applying management and planning techniques and methods to large-scale projects.
Experience in applying interior office design standards and practices.
Experience in applying ergonomic practices.
Experience using Auto Cad software.
