EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma

Degree equivalency

CERTIFICATION:
Combat Engineer DP3A qualification

EXPERIENCE:
Experience in equipment and resource management.
Experience in using computers and associated Microsoft software such as Excel spreadsheets, Word and PowerPoint

KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of CAF bridging capabilities to include:
o ACROW panel bridge system;
o Medium Girder Bridge (MGB); and
o Medium Raft / Medium Floating Bridge (MR/MFB).

ABILITY:
Ability to problem solve.
Ability to plan.
Ability to communicate.
Ability to supervise personnel.

CERTIFICATION / TRAINING:
Combat Engineer DP3B qualification
Combat Storesman qualification
Possession of a Bridge Inspector qualification.
Heavy Equipment Operator Course
Forklift, Rough Terrain Forklift, scissor Lift, Genie or other lift course.
Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHIMS) qualified.
Possession of First aid Level C.
Completion of any other Safety courses
Defense Resource Management Information System (DRMIS) qualification
Possession of an Advanced Bridging Course.

EXPERIENCE:
Experience in applying relevant safety practices and standards, including the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE), Health and Safety Codes, and accident prevention to include HAZMAT.
