The intent of this appointment process is to establish a fully assessed pool of qualified candidates. The immediate use of the pool will be to staff one (1) position in Toronto. However, the results of this process may be used to staff similar or identical positions for future vacancies of various tenures at Public Services and Procurement Canada in the Ontario Region.

Significant* experience in management of budgets and finances in real property projects.
Significant* experience in management of contractual documents in real property projects.
Significant* experience in coordination of architectural OR engineering construction projects and/or programs of work.
* Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of the experience normally associated with the full time performance of duties for five to seven years

Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Architecture or Engineering discipline related to real property.
Experience in the management of office fit-up projects in the role of project manager or deputy project manager.
Operational Requirements:
