The intent of this process is to staff one position on a determinate basis for a period of 2 years.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions CO-02 positions at Natural Resources Canada with various tenures (determinate period or permanent), various language requirements (English or French Essential, Bilingual imperative) and profile(s) (BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC), various security requirements, various conditions of employment and for various locations.

Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field related to the duties of the position or an acceptable combination of studies, training and/or experience also in a field related to the duties of the position.
Significant* work experience in public or private organizations in link with the energy sector.
Significant* experience in developing or negotiating partnerships or contractual agreements with representatives of the private or public sector.
Significant* experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies or business plans for energy technologies or equivalent domains.
Experience in technology or knowledge transfer.
*Significant experience = 5 years or more
