A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Must possess a valid journeyman certificate in one of the Construction trades or, completion of acceptable training related to the position (such as CFSME QL6a) recognized within Canada or its equivalent.
Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience conducting inspections, maintenance and repairs in buildings.
Experience in consulting and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
