This process will be used to establish a pool of fully or partially qualified candidates that may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various languages proficiencies (Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, English essential, French Essential, English or French Essential), various security profiles and various tenures using various staffing activities for positions within the Individual Affairs Branch at Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada.

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.
Definition:
The employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma are:
• A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or
• An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience in providing services to clients.
2. Experience in providing general administrative services, such as data entry, filing and records management.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience working with Indian Registration or Secure Card of Indian Status.
2. Experience working with Aboriginal clients.
3. Experience processing applications and determining client entitlement to a federal government program.
4. Experience in using Microsoft Office.

Ability to work overtime on short notice.
Level of security clearance: Reliability or Secret.
