Intent of the process

The immediate need is to staff one permanente position.

A pool of partially qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions within the Department in Matane. These positions are of different tenures.

ASSET QUALITIFIATION:
Experience in receiving, handling and sending goods.

Experience handling and installing office furniture.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
For all positions :
Availability and flexibility in working hours.
The incumbent may be required to do overtime.


For position Equipment Clerk:
The incumbent must work from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

For position Mailroom and Warehouse Clerk:
The incumbent must be able to work in a warehouse with wire meshed floor and stairs that can cause vertigo.

Conditions of employment

Reliability Status security clearance

For position Equipment Clerk:
Must possess and maintain a valid class “5” driver’s license issued by the Province of Quebec or provincial or territorial equivalent.

Other information

Depending on the needs of the organization, a random selection may be used during the process to identify which applicants will be assessed.
