EDUCATION
ED1 - Graduation with a degree from a recognized university, or an acceptable combination* of education, training and/or experience
*An acceptable combination is defined as:
Successful completion of two (2) years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in any field relevant to the work to be performed and at least 2 years of relevant work experience/on-the-job training.
EXPERIENCE
E1 - Experience in negotiating and consulting with internal clients, external clients and/or stakeholders
E2 - Experience in drafting various documents such as correspondence, briefing note etc. for the use of management.
E3 - Experience providing advice or guidance to management and external clients in regards to government program delivery for a minimum period of two years
E4 - Experience in financial management

AED1 - Graduation with a degree from a recognized university, with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce or economics field.

AE1 - Experience in the delivery of programs to a First Nations client group(s)
AE2 - Experience in preparing, executing and managing First Nation Funding Agreements
KNOWLEDGE
AK1 - Knowledge of DISC/ INAC 's policies, legislation and directives relating to funding agreements

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENT
Willing and able to work overtime as required
Reliability Status security clearance
Willing and able to travel to remote locations via small aircraft, vehicle or boat, travelling in some adverse road and weather conditions
Travel outside of Manitoba may also be required
Willing and able to transport equipment and must be capable of lifting approx 12 k (e.g. laptops, printers, projectors)
Valid "Class 5 Stage F" Manitoba driver's license or personal mobility to the degree associated with such a driver's license
