Education:
ED : Successful completion of a post secondary school program in aircraft maintenance or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
Occupational Certification:
OC: Possession of a valid Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License, Category M1 and/or M2.
Experience:
EX 1: Significant and recent experience* as a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, maintaining and/or supervising the maintenance of rotary wing aircraft or as an Instructor in rotary wing aircraft maintenance.
*Definition of significant and recent experience:
- Significant experience means at least ten years of relevant experience.
- Recent is defined as approximately within the last five years.
Asset experience:
AEX1: Experience in using a computerized aircraft maintenance system.
AEX2: Experience in the use of Microsoft software application such as MS Word and MS Excel.
AEX3: Experience in the maintenance of aircraft types applicable to the position, (Bell 206, Bell 407, Bell 429, Bell 412).
AEX4: Experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Instructor.

-Possess a valid Canadian passport.
-Possess a valid driver’s licence.
-Available and willing to travel.
-Available and willing to work overtime on short notice during the week or on weekends.
