Providing and coordinating financial administrative processing services and procurement services (goods and services via purchase orders, standing offers, and acquisition cards) to clients; explaining guidelines and processes.
Maintaining inventory control (full life cycle) including procurement, auditing and disposal of capital and low value assets.
Using financial information systems to provide and coordinate financial administrative and procurement services.
Applying quality control guidelines to verify procurement and payment compliance and/or maintain database integrity.
Extracting and manipulating automated information and preparing information for reporting and tracking purposes.
Contacting external service providers to exchange information on the nature /scope of goods and services.

Successful completion of two years of secondary school or employer-approved alternatives.
Experience working in MS Outlook, MSWord, and MSExcel
Experience in providing administrative services (such as but not limited to preparing correspondence, reports, or documents; providing information; maintaining electronic or hard copy records; or filing.)
Experience in using a financial management system.
Experience in providing guidance to clients on administrative procedures and processes.
