You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education:
A two year technical diploma/degree in Geomatics Engineering Technology from a recognized post-secondary educational institution or a secondary school diploma with successful completion of post-secondary courses in Autocad, surveying and space measurement plans.

Degree equivalency

*Recent experience in preparing topographic survey plans, space measurement plans and drawing management processes.
*Recent experience in using Autocad Civil 3D 2015 and newer versions.

* Recent is defined as experience obtained within the last 3 years.

Conditions of employment

Reliability and Security: Reliability Status

Possession of a valid provincial driver's license or personal mobility to the extent normally associated with the possession of a valid driver's license, within the limits of Treasury Board policy.

Operational Requirements:
Willingness to work overtime when required
Willingness to go into the field to obtain Space Measurements as and when required.
