This process will initially be used to staff one position on a term basis. A pool of candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions with various tenures.

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. Some essential and other qualifications will be assessed through your application. It is your responsibility to provide appropriate examples that illustrate how you meet each qualification. • Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Experience in the provision of general administrative support.
• Experience using email, word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Experience in purchasing and contracting within the federal government or in another setting.
• Experience in taking and transcribing minutes of meetings.
• Experience in preparation of service contracts or grants and contribution agreements.
• Experience in using a software/database system to complete travel arrangements and travel claims.
• Experience in the use of an integrated financial management system, such as SAP.
