In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Possession of a valid Inter-Provincial Journeyman Certification as a Heavy Duty or Automotive Mechanic

Experience working as a Certified Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic or Automotive Mechanic
Experience planning the maintenance of diesel and gas powered equipment including outboard motors.
Experience maintaining electrical equipment.
Experience in planning and prioritizing work orders.

Valid Health Canada Medical
Willing and able to travel for up to 3 week periods of time to remote sites via trucks, boats and aircraft
Willing and able to work weekends, overtime and travel on short notice.
Willing and able to access remote sites over rugged terrain and work outdoors in extremes of environmental conditions.
Valid Class 3 drivers Licence with Air Endorsement
