EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION
Possession of Certificate of Qualification as it relates to a Painter, Painter Decorator (Commercial/Residential), Motor Vehicle Body Repairer or Automotive Painter or any recognized trade that is related to the above as part of the Red Seal Program recognized in the Province you are applying for employment in.

EXPERIENCE
Extensive Experience in the areas listed below:
Experience in powder coating applications
Experience in industrial electrostatic finishing systems,\
Experience in auto body finishing, preparation, priming or painting
Experience in the application of wet spray based paints and applicable processes Experience in the application of stain, lacquers and other relevant paint related applications.
NOTE: extensive experience will be defined as approximately 2 years’ experience in an industrial or quality controlled production-based environment.
