Manage the operations, maintenance, repair and construction projects for the buildings, services, infrastructure, fleet and grounds, to meet the research, facility management and regulatory requirements of an Agricultural Research Centre.

Immediate need: To staff a Facility Manager position on a full time permanent basis.
Anticipatory: A pool of qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions on a permanent full-time or part-time basis or on a temporary full-time or part-time basis with various tenures for the location indicated for this process.

A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience supervising contractors.
Experience in facility management.
Experience managing construction/renovation projects.
Experience operating/maintaining Heating and Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems (HVAC).
Experience with Building Management systems.
Experience maintaining a lab.
