The successful applicant will perform administrative duties in support of the Associate Director’s office which include recording and transcribing minutes of Centre committee meetings. The applicant will also provide operational support to Centre staff such as booking travel arrangements and subsequent expense reporting for staff using the Shared Travel Services portal.

Secondary school diploma or acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience providing a range of administrative support services.
Experience using common word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail software (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook).
Successful completion of two years of post-secondary education from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field related to the position.
*Recent experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, and preparing travel claims.
Experience in purchasing goods and services through credit card, purchase orders or other procurement processes.
*Recent is defined as occurring within the last 3 years.
