The position, located at the Brandon Research & Development Centre, requires working closely with a team of 6 providing administrative services to scientists, technicians and other clients at the Research Centre. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Finance & Procurement Supervisor.

Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience in providing at least three (3) administrative or information management support services in an office environment. Please demonstrate at least three (3) of the following:
• Data entry
• Formatting documents
• Records management
• Fleet management

Experience in procuring goods and services for clients and/or financial services including account payable.

Experience in using a financial management system.

Experience tracking, processing, and verifying financial documentation such as invoices, expenditures, commitment, or acquisition card purchases.

Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
