This process is to staff a part-time permanent position, working 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). A pool will also be established and may be used to staff future vacancies of all tenures, including full-time positions in Antigonish, N.S. within the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada.

EDUCATION
Post secondary education in office administration
EXPERIENCE
Experience in providing general administrative support services in a fast paced environment
Experience in providing services to clients in an office environment
Experience in computer data entry and with an electronic filing system
Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in making travel arrangements for others
Experience in working with a financial system
English essential
