Intent of the process

This process will be used to establish a pool of candidates that may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and various security profiles (Reliability Status, Secret), various tenures (Indeterminate, Determinate) using various staffing mechanisms (Indeterminate appointment, Term appointment, Acting appointment, Secondment, Assignment) and in various locations at Employment and Social Development Canada.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education:
Degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
or
An acceptable combination of education and experience.

Acceptable combination is considered as completion of secondary school and 1 year recent experience in a field related to Real Property Management. (Recent is defined experience acquired within the last 3 years.)

Degree equivalency

Experience:
1. Designing floorplans using AutoCAD.
2. Leading cross-discipline project teams.
3. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders on a project.
4. Providing technical advice and guidance to senior decision makers.
5. Working within a team to ensure timely delivery of projects.

In your answers, where possible, please relate your experience to a specific project.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Education:
• A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization related to Real Property.

• Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or other related certification.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
Experience using AutoCAD at an advanced level.
Experience in applying project management methodologies when leading Real Property projects.
Experience using advanced functions in Excel.
Experience presenting reports and data analysis.
